Our clients don’t lose sleep over construction quality.
At the 2012 ‘Master Builders – Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards’, Goodlife Homes won the award for best Contract Home Under $180,000; we also received all three finalist nominations in this category. Whilst we are very proud of the achievement, we’re more proud of the fact that it recognises the quality of the actual homes that we build for each of our clients.
Everyone expects display homes to look great, and so they should, but most clients don’t build to display specifications. Our clients rely on us to deliver the quality that they expect and we always try to build beyond that expectation.

Goodlife Homes – News from the Sales Desk

The latest addition to the Goodlife display home series – The Stella – was officially opened on September 2. The occasion was marked with a sundowner function attended by all Goodlife staff, including sales consultants and site managers. As is tradition, a staff member was selected to cut the ribbon marking the official opening. Clare Richards, a long time and highly valued member of the Goodlife team, was given the honour.
The Stella is a cutting edge, modern design that suits building sites with a 10m wide street frontage. It’s appropriately located in the new Baldivis Townside display village, where a high percentage of the developed lots are of similar width. The Stella consolidates the comprehensive range of Goodlife narrow lot models.
